Listing Studios Android Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Listing Studios Android app, including Google Play pre-release builds, paid unlocks, subscriptions, and app-based features.

If you use the Listing Studios web service, the separate Listing Studios Terms of Use also apply to the web workspace, accounts, projects, publishing integrations, and hosted service features.

1. Acceptance

By installing, accessing, or using the Listing Studios Android app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Google Play and Paid Features

The Listing Studios Android app may offer paid unlocks, subscriptions, or other paid content through Google Play. Google Play handles purchase processing, renewal, cancellation, refund requests, taxes, and payment credentials under Google's terms and account settings.

Potato Studios does not receive your full payment card number from the Android app. Paid access may be tied to the Google account, device, or purchase status reported by Google Play.

3. Relationship to Listing Studios Web

The Android app may support Listing Studios workflows such as store preparation, screenshots, metadata review, tester outreach, or account-related features. Web workspace activity remains governed by the Listing Studios Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

4. License

Potato Studios grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Listing Studios Android app on Android devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Google Play rules.

5. User Content and Store Materials

You are responsible for the app information, screenshots, images, text, store identifiers, credentials, and other content you create, upload, review, export, or publish through Listing Studios.

You represent that you have the rights needed to use that content and that it does not violate law, third-party rights, platform rules, or these terms.

6. Pre-Release Testing

Pre-release versions may contain bugs, missing features, incomplete purchase behavior, or design changes. Features, pricing, and availability may change before or after public release.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Listing Studios Android app to break the law, infringe rights, abuse platform APIs, access accounts you are not authorized to manage, evade payment, upload malicious content, reverse engineer the app except where law allows it, or interfere with app operation.

8. Third-Party Services

Listing Studios may integrate with third-party services such as Apple, Google, Stripe, Cloudflare, authentication providers, AI providers, and email or monitoring services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, platform decisions, app review outcomes, account suspensions, or store policy enforcement.

9. No Guaranteed Store Approval

Listing Studios helps prepare and upload store listing material, but it does not guarantee App Store, Google Play, or any other platform approval, ranking, availability, revenue, or acceptance.

10. No Warranty

The Listing Studios Android app is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Potato Studios does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every Android device, or available forever.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Potato Studios Development LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost revenue, app store rejection, app interruptions, or third-party platform decisions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The date above will show when they were last updated. Continued use of the Listing Studios Android app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
