Delete Your Listing Studios Account
Listing Studios users can request deletion of an account by contacting Potato Studios support.
Send the request from the email address associated with your Listing Studios account so we can verify and process it.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Email support@potatostudios.dev with the subject line Listing Studios Account Deletion Request.
- Include the email address connected to your Listing Studios account.
- Tell us that you want your Listing Studios account, projects, and associated account data deleted.
- Wait for confirmation from support. We may ask for additional information if we need to verify ownership of the account.
What Happens Next
After we verify your request, we will delete or anonymize account-linked data associated with your Listing Studios account, subject to legal, security, backup, fraud-prevention, billing, and operational retention requirements.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any app-store subscription or third-party billing relationship. If you have an active subscription, manage cancellation through the store or payment account where the subscription was purchased.
