Kind Cue

Kind Cue is built as an on-device reminder and message-preparation app. Potato Studios Development LLC does not automatically collect app activity or personal information. If you choose Request a feature, only the text you submit and the app language are sent as described below.

The app may use Contacts to find phone numbers you select, but that contact information stays on your device and is not sent to Potato Studios Development LLC.

1. Overview

Kind Cue helps users schedule relationship check-in reminders and prepare ready-to-send messages. The app is designed so the information used for those features remains on your device.

2. Information Kind Cue Does Not Collect

Except for an optional feature request you choose to submit, Kind Cue does not transmit your personal information to Potato Studios Development LLC. Contact names, phone numbers, relationship labels, reminder schedules, message drafts, and notification content remain on your device.

3. Contacts

Kind Cue may request access to Contacts so you can select phone numbers already stored on your device. Contacts are used locally to help set up reminders and prepare messages. Your contacts are not uploaded, copied to company servers, sold, shared, or used for marketing.

4. On-Device App Data

Information you enter or select in Kind Cue may be saved on your device so the app can work. This can include relationship names, selected phone numbers, reminder settings, message text, and related app preferences. Potato Studios Development LLC does not receive that data from the app.

If your device is configured to use Apple services such as device backups or iCloud features, Apple may process data under your device settings and Apple’s privacy practices. That processing is not controlled by Potato Studios Development LLC.

5. Messages and Notifications

Kind Cue can prepare message text for use with Apple’s system message composer. Sending a message requires your action and is handled by the system messaging service.

Kind Cue may also schedule local notifications on your device. Notification delivery is handled by the device and Apple platform services.

6. Data Sharing

Potato Studios Development LLC does not sell or share Kind Cue app data. Optional feature-request text is used only to review the request and is not used for advertising, analytics, or tracking.

7. Support Communications

If you use Request a feature, Kind Cue sends only the text you enter and the app language to a Cloudflare Worker. Cloudflare Workers AI translates the text to English when needed, and Cloudflare Email Service emails the English text to Potato Studios Development LLC. The Worker does not store the request text or send your contacts, relationships, reminders, device identifiers, or account information. The English request remains in the recipient email account until deleted.

If you contact Potato Studios Development LLC for support, we may receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message contents, screenshots, or other details included in your request. That information is used to respond to your request.

8. Deleting App Data

You can delete Kind Cue reminders and related information inside the app where supported. You can also remove locally stored Kind Cue data by deleting the app from your device. Deleting Kind Cue does not delete your device contacts.

9. Children

Kind Cue is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 18, use the app only where lawful and with appropriate supervision.

10. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
