Your workspace starts on your device. Hearings, evidence, people, coaching notes, model settings, and API keys stay local unless you choose to run a generation with your own OpenAI or Gemini key.

What Debate Analyzer does
Start with a hearing. Add the evidence each side is working from, add the people being questioned, then build a question plan that moves from foundation to pressure points.
The app keeps the plan structured, so setup questions come before tougher ones and follow-up sections can branch when an answer changes the route.

AI features
You bring the API key. Debate Analyzer can use OpenAI or Gemini, lets you set provider-specific model names, and supports a stronger model for the first full question pass.
When you choose to generate questions or follow-up coaching, the selected hearing material is sent directly from your device to the provider you picked. Potato Studios does not proxy those requests and does not receive your API key, prompts, evidence, documents, generated questions, or coaching output.
Local storage and privacy
The app does not require an account and does not use a Potato Studios backend for your hearing content. Your app data lives in local device storage.
You can delete a hearing, reload the demo, or wipe local app data and API keys from Settings. Device security and provider policies still matter, so decide what you are comfortable sending before you run a generation.
